2026.07 OPTICAL SORTER
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids submitted electronically will be opened in the Conway Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 1111 Main St, Conway, Arkansas 72032, at 9:00 a.m., local time Friday, November 6, 2026, and publicly read aloud, for 2026.07 Optical Sorter.
The purpose of this project is to obtain pricing and a contract from qualified manufacturers and/or authorized integrators for the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, start-up, and commissioning of a near-infrared (NIR) hyper-spectral imaging (HSI) optical sorting system and a sixty (60) inch acceleration conveyor to replace an existing National Recovery Technologies (NRT) optical sorter at the City’s materials recovery facility (MRF).
