ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Water and Sewer Commission of the City of Springdale, Arkansas is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of chemicals used at the wastewater treatment facilities and the collection system during the calendar year 2027.
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of December 2026. Bid opening will be held in the business office of Springdale Water Utilities, 526 Oak Ave., Springdale, Arkansas. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Bids will be in accordance with the Bid Documents. Copies of the Bid Documents, specifications, and related documents may be obtained for bidding purposes by contacting Kelly Baker at kbaker@springdalewaterar.gov or call 479-756-3657.
The Springdale Water and Sewer Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities therein, and all Bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Water and Sewer Commission for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Water and Sewer Commission because of such rejections. The filing of any Bid in response to this bid advertisement shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions.
