CITY OF SEARCY NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS UNTIL: November 20, 2026 at 4:30 P.M ITEM: 50' x 200' x 14' Metal Building Installation The City of Searcy invites interested and qualified contractors licensed to do business within the State of Arkansas to submit sealed bids for the installation of a 50' x 200' x 14' metal building. The building shall include (4) – 12' doors and (3) – 3' walkthrough doors. Sealed bids will be received until 4:30 P.M. on November, 20, 2026 by email addressed to jeff.webb@cityofsearcy.gov or in person at 1800 Veterans Blvd in Searcy, Arkansas. Bidders shall provide a total project cost for the complete installation of the building including all labor, materials, equipment, and concrete work necessary to complete the project. The City of Searcy is not responsible for lost or misguided submittals, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
