COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Arkansas County, Arkansas, entered on September 23, 2026, in Case No. 01SCV-22-181, then pending therein between Black Farms, LLC (“Black Farms”), the Ernestine Boyce Trust, Rebecca Winemiller in her capacity as co-manager of Grand Prairie Farming & Water Company, LLC (“Grand Prairie”) and co-trustee of the Ernestine Boyce Trust, and Ernestine Boyce as co-trustee of the Ernestine Boyce Trust, Plaintiffs, and Grand Prairie, the Estate of Jerry Lee Bogard, and Bogard Agricultural Consultancy Group, Inc. (“Bogard Ag”), Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for bulk sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Arkansas County Circuit Court Northern District, 302 S College St, Stuttgart, AR 72160 within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 4th day of November, 4 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the real and personal property of Grand Prairie secured by the mortgages as described in the decretal order which includes, but is not limited to, tangible and intangible personal property, membership interests, contracts, licenses, permits, payment intangibles, intellectual property rights, water rights development, water credits, carbon credits or similar developments, agreements, easements, leases, Grand Prairie’s interest in its wholly owned subsidiary Grand Prairie Marketing and Trading LLC, and proceeds and products thereof, now owned or thereafter acquired, and as more specifically described as follows:
