The undersigned Executor of the Estate of Elizabeth Ann Cochran, Deceased, was appointed Executor on October 8, 2026. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
An instrument dated June 16, 2021, was, on the 8th day of October, 2026, admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent and the undersigned has been appointed Executor thereunder. Contest of the probate of the Will can be effectuated only by filing a petition with the Garland County Circuit Court within the time provided by law.
