NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids for the First Floor HVAC Upgrades Marion County Courthouse will be received until 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at the office of the Marion County Judge, 105 South Berry St., Yellville, AR 72687, then opened and read aloud.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the project site: 300 East Old Main Street in Yellville. All contractors interested in bidding are strongly encouraged to attend.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 372-4011. Prime contractors may obtain one printed set of drawings and specifications at no charge. Subcontractors and Prime Contractors requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics. Purchased bidding documents are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Marion County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
Marion County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
