Notice is hereby given that a Petition to Compromise Wrongful Death Claim and to Approve Partial Distribution that has been filed in the above captioned Estate by Denita Lamb and Sabrina Jemison, Co-Special Administrators, is set to be heard at 1:00 p.m. on November 30, 2026 at the Crittenden County Courthouse, 100 Court Square, Marion, Arkansas or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard on the Court’s docket for final disbursement. Any interested person contesting such Petition shall file their written objections with the Court prior to said time and date and shall be present at such hearing to present their objections.
