NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, made and entered on October 6, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 60CV-26-1276) then pending between PHH Mortgage Corporation , Plaintiff, and Amy Hutchison, Defendant, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Pulaski County Courthouse in which said Court is held, located in Little Rock, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on December 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM, the following described real estate, situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
ALL OF LOT 115, WESTOVER HILLS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, EXCEPT A TRACT ON THE EAST SIDE THEREOF, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 115; RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 115, 44.9 FEET TO A ROCK WALL AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 2 FEET; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF ROCK WALL TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 115, WHICH IS 6 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 115; THENCE EAST 6 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 115, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The property is more commonly known as 6612 Beacon St, Little Rock, AR 72207.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold subject to any and all property taxes due and payable.
