WARNING ORDER
TO: EDWINA DUFFY
You are hereby notified that Petitioner, Shane Huntley, the Administrator of the Estate of Geraldine Bunker (“Estate”), whose attorney is Brady Brown of Rose Law Firm, a Professional Association, located at 120 E. Fourth Street, Little Rock, AR 72201, has filed a petition for authority to enter into an exclusive right-to-sell agreement and real estate real estate contract and to sell real property (the “Petition”), a copy of which shall be delivered to you or to your attorney upon request.
You are further notified that you must appear and defend by filing your Answer or other responsive pleading within thirty (30) days (or sixty (60) days if you are incarcerated in any jail, penitentiary, or other correctional facility in Arkansas) of the date of the first publication of this Warning Order; and in the event of your failure to do so, the Petition will be heard and allowed or denied by this Court at a hearing of this matter as indicated below and your interest may be forever barred.
The hearing will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. at the Pulaski County Circuit Court, located at 401 W. Markham Street, Room 410, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.
