Date of Death: February 16, 2026
An Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee was filed on October 12, 2026, with the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Arkansas, in connection with the distribution of the estate of the above-named decedent. The aforesaid Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee affects the title to the following described real property situated in Jefferson County, Arkansas, in which the decedent had an ownership interest, to-wit: Commencing at the NW Corner of the SW¼ of the SE¼ of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 11 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Jefferson County, Arkansas, running thence South 88º57’04” East along the North line of the said SW¼ of the SE¼ a distance of 509.64 feet to the center of Arkansas State Highway No. 365 for a point of beginning; thence continuing South 88º57’04” East along the north line of the said SW¼ of the SE¼ a distance of 288.30 feet to the West right of way of the railroad; thence South 12º22’28” East along the said West right of way 67.83 feet; thence South 11º49’15” East along the said West right of way 68.97 feet; thence South 10º42’27” East along the said West right of way 131.91 feet; thence South 9º50’46” East along the said West right of way 79.88 feet; thence South 8º46’09” East along the said West right of way 104.35 feet; thence North 88º57’04” West parallel with the North line of the said SW¼ of the SE¼ a distance of 329.96 feet to the center of said highway; thence North 4º30’48” West along the center of said highway 239.61 feet; thence North 5º08’39” West along the center of said highway 91.99 feet; thence North 6º24’03” West along the center of said highway 64.83 feet; thence North 7º46’05” West along the center of said highway 49.99 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.16 acres, more or less.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
