You are hereby notified that Evelyn Taylor, Special Administratrix of the Estate of Lamin Christopher Clay, deceased has filed a Petition to Approve Settlement Agreement and Distribution of Settlement Proceeds for the sole purpose of settling a claim and accepting and distributing wrongful death settlement proceeds on behalf of the Estate of Lamin Christopher Clay, who sustained fatal injuries in an automobile accident of December 20, 2025.
You are also notified that a hearing in the Circuit Court of Mississippi County, Probate Division, before Judge Richard Lusby will be held on November 20th, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the Mississippi County Courthouse, 220 West Walnut Street, Blytheville, Arkansas, 72315, in order to hear the Petition of Evelyn Taylor.
