All persons having any claims of any nature against the Estate, including, but not limited to, those for injury or death caused by the negligence of the Decedent, must exhibit them, duly verified, to the Personal Representative after filing the same with the Pulaski County Probate Division Clerk within six (6) months from the first date of the publication of this NOTICE, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from obtaining any benefit from this Estate. The Estate to be collected contains both real and personal property.
