Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, October 28, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on October 22, 2026, at 11025 Anderson Drive, Ste. 230, Little Rock, AR 72212. The State reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. No bid shall be accepted from any Bidder failing to attend any mandatory meeting(s).

The Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and other Federal Regulations shall apply to this project.
If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
Contractors, please take note:
At commencement of any resulting contract and prior to the hiring of staff, all individuals involved in any aspect of the process described in this RFP must undergo a background check conducted by OST.
OST shall have the right to refuse personnel based on the results of the fingerprint-based background checks.
