NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
30 CROSSING PARK, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SUBCONSULTANT DESIGN SERVICES
DUE: Monday, October 12, 2026, 5:00 PM CDT
Sasaki Associates, Inc., prime consultant to the City of Little Rock for the design of 30 Crossing Park, invites qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications for subconsultant design services. 30 Crossing Park is an 18-acre urban park in downtown Little Rock created from land freed by the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s Interstate 30 reconstruction. Concept design was completed in December 2025, and construction is anticipated to complete in July 2029.
Qualifications are solicited in sixteen (16) disciplines: Local Landscape Architect; Civil Engineering; Irrigation; Architect of Record; Site Electrical; Building MEP; Site and Building Lighting Design; Fountain Design; Structural Engineering; Wayfinding and Graphics; Economics; Engagement Support; Surveyor; Geotechnical; Soils; and Skate Park Designers and Playground Designers. Firms may respond to one or more disciplines. Scope summaries, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria are set out in the RFQ package. Sasaki reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to select one firm, more than one firm, or no firm for any discipline.
The RFQ document, Downtown Little Rock Master Plan, and the 30 Crossing Park Concept Design Report, as well as any upcoming addenda or other written notifications, are available for download at https://30crossingpark.rfq.sasaki.com. Firms intending to respond are encouraged to register by sending an email to the RFQ Coordinators so that any future addenda and other written notifications are distributed directly. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT. The meeting link will be posted on the website and emailed on Monday, September 28 to firms that have contacted the RFQ Coordinators. Questions are due by Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT.
