Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 pm, local time, October 15th, 2026 at the address listed below. A public bid opening will be conducted shortly after the deadline. Late or misdirected bids shall not be accepted. WER Architects shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids.

A new 6,447 sq ft Police Headquarters facility for the City of Alma, Arkansas.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday October 6th, 2026 at the project site, 814 E Cherry St, Alma, AR 72921

BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics Inc, 2905 Point Circle, Fayetteville, AR 72704, 479-582-4022 and/or Fort Smith Blueprint Inc, 2001 Rogers Ave, Suite B, Fort Smith, AR 72901, 479-782-4686. Digital and/or printed documents are available for a non-refundable fee.

Bidders Shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted.
A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid.
The Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bid. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, and postpone the award of any Contract for a period which shall not exceed beyond ninety (90) days from the bid opening date.
