Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Commissioner will, on the 15th day of October, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, entered in the above styled cause on the 4th day of September, 2026, offer for sale at public auction outside of the 401 Markham Street Entrance of the Circuit Clerk’s Office at the Courthouse in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to the highest and best bidder, the following described lands located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:
Unit 1302, Clinton and Sherman Horizontal Property Regime, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being shown on plat filed as Instrument No. 2004086855 of the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Said sale will be held at the time and place above set forth upon a credit of three months, the purchaser or purchasers of said tract at said sale to be required to give bond with approved sureties thereon to secure the payment of the purchase price and ten percent interest from the date of said sale until paid, with a lien to be retained on the lands further to secure the purchase money obligation of the purchaser or purchasers. Potential purchasers are advised that they will be responsible for the payment of any possible back taxes, all documentary stamps and title insurance premiums upon purchase.
