There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 11:00AM on September 29, 2026, at 1 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. Prime Bidders will be provided with one set at no charge. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets and Sub-Bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.
