Advertisement for Bidding: Restorations and Modifications to the Lee County Courthouse Marianna, Arkansas
You are invited by Lee County Arkansas; to provide a sealed bid for Restorations and Modifications to the Lee County Courthouse, Marianna, Arkansas, in accordance with the contract documents until 10:30 a.m. Central Standard time on October 16, 2026, at the Lee County Courthouse, County Judges Office, 15 East Chestnut St., Marianna, Arkansas.
A bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the Bidder will promptly enter a contract as outlined in the contract documents. Performance and payment bonds are required if the bid exceeds $20,000 and must be provided after award notification from Lee County. The performance and payment bonds must be written by a resident agent registered and licensed in the State of Arkansas.
PDF copies of the contract documents will be electronically transferred to prospective bidders at no cost, by request to the Architect at; (smarchitecture501@gmail.com).
No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the Contractor’s Licensing Laws of the State of Arkansas. All bidders and subcontractors must hold a contractor’s license in the State of Arkansas at time of submission of bid form. Bids will be held for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening. Any bid received after the closing time for receipt will be returned unopened.
It is advised that interested Contractors visit the site and review the scope of work prior to submitting a bid for this project. Coordination with the County Judge and Architect is required prior to visiting the site.
The owner reserves the right to reject any and or all bids and to waive any and all formalities.
