NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS / INVITATION TO BID
You are invited to bid on a general contract for all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the construction of the North Chiller Plant: Install Chiller and Electrical Equipment on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville.
The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the Facilities Management Main Conference Room 103A, 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, AR 72701. The Owner will receive bids until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
