Deborah K. Tidwell-Kelly and Elizabeth Dobson filed an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee on July 31, 2025 pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §28-41-101. Among the assets owned by the decedent and listed in the Affidavit was a one-third interest in a house and tract of real property located at 10901 Lee Springs Rd, Jefferson County, Arkansas 71603.
The legal description of the property is set forth on “Exhibit A” attached hereto.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
