Further, you are hereby notified that a trial on Plaintiff’s Petition for Partition, as amended, is scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Cara Connors, Circuit Judge, Pulaski County Courthouse, Room 350, 401 W. Markham St., Little Rock AR 72201. You are noticed that you should appear should you object to the relief being granted.
