NORTH LITTLE ROCK CITY COUNCIL
Notice of Public Hearing of the North Little Rock City Council. On September 14, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the North Little Rock, City Council Chambers (300 Main St., NLR, AR) pursuant to its own motion, the North Little Rock City Council will hold a Public Hearing under the authority of the North Little Rock Zoning Ordinance #9263 to address the data asset mining industry and data center campuses by establishing conditions for permitted use within the City. All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the details with city staff. Information may also be obtained by emailing plans@nlr.ar.gov or calling 501.975.8835. All individuals interested therein may attend the Public Hearing and be heard at said time and place.
