Take notice that on April 23, 2026 a petition was filed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services in the Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, of Howard County, Arkansas, to terminate parental rights of the following juvenile: J.C., DOB: March 12, 2022. Such declaration could result in termination of your parental rights.
A hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights is scheduled for October 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Little River County Courthouse, 351 North 2nd, Ashdown, Arkansas. If you desire to be represented by an attorney, you should immediately contact your attorney so that an answer can be filed for you and he may appear with you at any hearing. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may obtain one by contacting Legal Services or requesting the Court appoint you an attorney.
