NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION TO TRANSFER THE LOCATION OF RETAIL LIQUOR AND RETAIL BEER OFF PREMISES PERMITS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas an application to transfer the location of a retail liquor and retail beer off-premises permit from:
4526 Camp Robinson Rd., N.L.R., Pulaski County
to: 4610 Camp Robinson Rd., N.L.R., Pulaski County.
Said application was filed on August 24,. 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been .convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
