PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the Dogwood Community Public Water Authority (the “Borrower”) that a public hearing will be held at 1500 Kari Lane, Blytheville, Arkansas, at 6:00 p.m. on September 3, 2026, to discuss the proposed execution and issuance by the Borrower of an Assistance Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500,000 (collectively, the “Loan”).
Loan proceeds will be used to fund the costs associated with the repair, renovation and repainting of the Borrower’s clear well and reaction tank and water storage tank facilities and related appurtenances, the establishment of a capitalized interest account, and the funding of costs of issuance related to the foregoing.
Any persons interested may appear at the public hearing and be heard for or against, and suggestions will be heard and considered. This hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and the provisions of the Revenue Bond Act of 1987.
