SALE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Craighead (Jonesboro) County, Arkansas, made and entered on July 15, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 16JCV-25-3070) then pending between PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, Plaintiff, and Jason Lavance Payne, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Craighead (Jonesboro) County Courthouse in which said Court is held, located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on October 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following-described real estate, situated in Craighead (Jonesboro) County, Arkansas:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 15 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 31; thence North 00°14’13” West 165.00 feet; thence North 89°46’00” West 528,00 feet; thence South 00°14’13” East 198.00 feet; thence South 89°46’00” East 528.00 feet; thence North 00°14’13” West 33.00 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 2.40 acres, more or less, and being subject to all public private roads and easements,
Also known as 3301 Highway 141 North, Jonesboro, AR 72401
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold subject to any and all property taxes due and payable.
