Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas an application to transfer the location of a retail beer off premises permit from:
405 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201, Pulaski County
to: 107 E. Markham St., Suite 13, Little Rock, AR 72201, Pulaski County
Said application was filed on July 17, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
