ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT, DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY, NOTICE OF OFFICE OF AIR QUALITY GENERAL PERMIT NOTICES OF INTENT
Public notice is hereby given that the Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has determined that the Notices of Intent (NOIs) seeking coverage under an Office of Air Quality General Permit submitted for the facilities listed below are administratively complete. Technical reviews of the NOIs are being conducted to determine if the source meets the qualification for coverage under the applicable General Permit. Documents for these matters are available for inspection or copying by contacting DEQ’s Air Permits Branch, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118-5317. There may be a photocopying charge for some documents.
Interested persons may submit a written request for a public hearing for any of the Notices of Intent listed below. Such request must be submitted in writing to the Division of Environmental Quality at the above-noted address with Attention directed to the DEQ Air Permits Branch or to ee.airpermits@arkansas.gov by email. Request for public hearing must state the reasons for the necessity of a public hearing and be postmarked or submitted electronically to the Air Permits Branch within ten (10) business days of this notice. This notice shall expire at 4:30 p.m. Central Time on the tenth (10th) business day after publication of this notice. The Division of Environmental Quality has the discretion to determine whether a hearing is deemed necessary if a request is made.
