NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NORTH LITTLE ROCK CITY COUNCIL
Notice of Public Hearing of the North Little Rock City Council. On July 27, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the North Little Rock, City Council Chambers (300 Main St., NLR, AR) pursuant to its own motion, the North Little Rock City Council will hold a Public Hearing under the authority of Act 67 of 1885 which provides cities of the first class to vacate and abandon roadways and easements not required for municipal purposes. City Council will consider PH 2026-12, a request to abandon a portion of an existing utility and drainage easement and a 60-foot roadway easement on a portion of Lot 1 a Replat of Tenenbaum Addition and 2nd Addition in the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR. All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the details with city staff. Information may also be obtained by emailing plans@nlr.ar.gov or calling 501.975.8835. All individuals interested therein may attend the Public Hearing and be heard at said time and place.
