REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP), AVIATION FUEL-ASC
Airport of El Dorado, Arkansas
The Airport of El Dorado, Arkansas is hereby soliciting sealed proposals to provide aviation fuel as an annual supply contract to the South Arkansas Regional Airport. Sealed proposals will be received by the Airport Manager until 2:00 PM CST, Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP specifications which may be obtained during normal business hours from:

Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the specifications. The Airport reserves the right to accept part or all any specific proposal(s). The Airport reserves the right to reject all proposals or part or all of any specific proposal, to hold all proposals in force and effect for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening, to waive any informalities in the proposal(s) and to postpone or cancel the proposal’s opening date for cause or convenience.
Deliver your Proposal, or changes to your Proposal, in SEALED ENVELOPES OR PACKAGES identified on outside as a Request for Proposal to Owner, with Respondent’s name and address, and solicitation name. Failure to submit Proposal in this manner may subject Respondent to disqualification.
