The undersigned Executrix of the Estate of Sherri Kay Gartman, Deceased, was appointed Executrix on July 10, 2026. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
An instrument dated May 18, 2026, was, on the 16th day of June, 2026, admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent and the undersigned has been appointed Executrix thereunder. Contest of the probate of the Will can be effectuated only by filing a petition with the Garland County Circuit Court within the time provided by law.
