Date of Death: May 1, 2021
The undersigned filed an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee of the above-named decedent on the 8th day of July, 2026. The legal descriptions of the real properties in the affidavit are as follows: The North 167 feet of the following described tract: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the NW¼ of the SW¼ of Section 35-3-11, and run thence South 7½ chains, thence East 13.63 chains to the center of the track of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company for a point of beginning, thence due West 111 feet more or less to the East right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 65; thence northwesterly along said East right of way line 1076 feet; thence due East 350 feet more or less to the center of the track of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, thence Southeasterly 1076 feet more or less to the point of beginning. It being the intentions of the said parties that this description shall be all the property lying North of the center line of Kearney Road.

The South 909 feet of the following described tract: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼ SW¼) of Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Three (3) South, Range Eleven (11) West, and run thence South 7½ chains, thence East 13.63 chains to the center of the track of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company for a point of beginning, thence due West 111 feet more or less to the East right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 65; thence northwesterly along said East right of way line 1076 feet; thence due East 350 feet more or less to the center of the track of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, thence Southeasterly 1076 feet more or less to the point of beginning. It being the intentions of the said parties that this description shall be all the property lying South of the center line of Kearney Road.

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the undersigned, within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
