NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in pursuance of the authority and direction contained in the Order and Decree of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas, made and entered on the 24th day of September, 2025, and recorded September 24, 2025, in a certain cause (No. 23CV-25-1220) then pending therein between Trustmark Bank, plaintiff, and Brendalee Y. Clarke, and Tenants of 1695 Jasmine Lane, Conway, Arkansas 72034, defendants; the undersigned, as commissioner of said court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the entrance of the Faulkner County Courthouse, in the City of Conway, Arkansas County, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales on Tuesday, at 10:00 A.M the 11th day of August, 2026, the following described real property situated in Faulkner County, Arkansas to-wit:
LOT 214 SPRING VALLEY SUBDIVISION PHASE I AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 307, RECORDS OF FAULKNER COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three (3) months, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the order and decree of said court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of 10% per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the property sold to secure the payment of the purchase money.
