NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF CO-EXECUTOR, PROBATE OF WILL, AND FILING OF CLAIMS
Sylvia Y. Jones, Deceased, whose last known address was 195 Highway 144 North, Lake Village, Arkansas, 71653, and whose date of death was December 7, 2025, in Lake Village, Arkansas, and administration of her estate was opened by Order filed June 2, 2026, and Anthony Jones, address of 195 Highway 144 North, Lake Village, Arkansas, 71653 and Timothy Jones, address of 400 North Oak Street, Loogootee, Indiana, 47553 , have been appointed Co-Executors thereunder. An instrument dated April 22, 2015, was on the 2nd day of June, 2026, admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Sylvia Y. Jones, Deceased, and that a contest of the order of probate can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.
All persons having claims against the Estate of the Decedent must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate. Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.
