QUIET TITLE ACTION
ATTENTION: Any Person claiming Right, Title or Interest in or to:
Approx. 1ac +/- Being Part of Lot 10 of Robin Smiths Subdivision, (City of Gurdon) Pt. NW1/4 NW1/4, Sec. 33, Township 9 South, Range 20 West, Clark County, AR, Parcel No. 90-01113-000
All Defendants or persons who can establish any right or interest in or to the above-described lands located in Clark County, Arkansas, are hereby notified that they have thirty (30) days in which to appear in the said Court and show cause why the title of Plaintiff should not be confirmed in the above said lands due to any right or interest they may claim to said lands.
This Notice is intended to comply with Ark. Code Ann. § 18-60-503, 603, and 26-38-203 that said lands shall be quieted unless any claims of right shall be made against it. Said properties were previously assessed at various times relevant herein to: Pinnacle Capital Investments, LLC and M & M Enterprises, Inc., respectively.
