WHEREAS on May 17, 2023 Amanda Kelley, a married woman, executed a Mortgage in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Everett Financial, Inc. dba Supreme Lending, its successors and assigns. Said Mortgage was recorded on May 18, 2023 as Instrument No. 2023R-00005810 in the real property records of Lincoln County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC, by virtue of an assignment dated August 7, 2025 and recorded on August 11, 2025 as Instrument No. 2025R-00008905 in the real property records of Lincoln County, Arkansas. The current holder of the Mortgage is Rocket Mortgage, LLC s/b/m Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. The party initiating foreclosure can be contacted at or in care of its servicer initiating foreclosure at: Rocket Mortgage, LLC s/b/m Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, 8950 Cypress Waters Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019 at Telephone No. 888-480-2432; and
