SALE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Greene County, Arkansas, made and entered on or about the 30th day of June, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 28CV-24-461), then pending between Kennett Trust Bank, Plaintiff, and Jon Moore, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Greene County Courthouse located at 320 West Court Street, Paragould, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed bylaw for judicial sales, on the 24th day of July, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., the following described real property and improvements having the common address of 610 South 5th Street, Paragould, Arkansas 72450, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3 and the North Half of Lot 4, all in Block 10 of Witherington and Bray’s Addition to the City of Paragould, Arkansas.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, with ten (10%) of the purchase price paid on the date of sale, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The prope11y will be sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, and subject to any and all prope11y taxes due and payable.
This sale is made subject to any and all stipulations made in the decretal Order filed of record on the 30th day of June, 2026. The Commissioner does not warrant title, boundary lines, taxes and or improvements, if any, on the above listed tract of property in Greene
County, Arkansas.
