Notice of Application for Renewal and Modification, No-Discharge Permit 5378-WR-3
Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) - Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality has received an application for renewal and modification on May 20, 2026, with additional information received by June 11, 2026, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 5378-WR-3, for food processing residuals from various food and vegetable processing plants, animal processing plants, and animal food processing plants. The facility sites are located as follows: Section 13 Township 10S Range 26W, near the town of Ozan in Hempstead County, Arkansas. Interested persons desiring to request a public hearing on the application may do so in writing.
