Sealed bids submitted electronically will be opened in the Conway Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 1111 Main St, Conway, Arkansas 72032, at 2:00 pm, local time Thursday, July 23, 2026, and publicly read aloud, for 2026.2002 Health Insurance Benefits.
The purpose of this project is to solicit proposals from qualified insurance carriers and third-party administrators to provide comprehensive employee group health insurance coverage. The City is requesting proposals for both fully insured and self-funded plan options to determine the most cost-effective and sustainable solution for providing high-quality health benefits to its eligible employees, retirees, and dependents.

The City of Conway reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in their best interest. The City of Conway is not responsible for lost or misguided bids.
