Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Union County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Union County, Arkansas, to-wit:

Any person claiming any title or interest of any kind to said property is hereby notified to appear herein at the Union County Courthouse, third Floor, courtroom #2, 101 N. Washington, El Dorado, Arkansas on or before August 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to assert his title to this property and to demonstrate why title to this property should be vested and confirmed in the Plaintiff, Zachary Smart, identified therein. pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. ‘ 18-60-601, 18-60-501, et seq., and 21-38-201, et seq.,
