In the Circuit Court of Dallas Co., AR, Northwoods Properties, LLC, Plaintiff v. Angelo Hempstead, Ruby F. Hempstead, Brady Bradford, Eric L. Thrower, and Roland Chuck Chambers, Defendants. No. 20CV-26-73. Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed with the Dallas County Circuit Clerk, 206 West Third St., Fordyce, AR 71742102, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described properties: (a) Beginning at a stake 281 feet 3 inches South (M.V. 5 degrees East) from the NE corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section 26, Township 10 South, Range 13 West and running South with variations of Southern line of street 177 feet (52 degrees 30 minutes West) for a Point of Beginning of the land herein described; thence run South with variations of street 52 degrees 30 minutes W, 140 feet, more or less, to the East line of the Ramsey property; thence S 42 degrees 45 minutes E to the St. Louis Southwestern Railway right-of-way; thence run in a Northeasterly direction along the railroad to the SW corner of a lot now owned by Elmore Hempstead; thence in a Northwesterly direction along the West line of the Lot owned by Elmore Hempstead to a Point of Beginning, this property having heretofore been described as Lot 3 Block 33 of the Original Town of Fordyce; and (b) Dallas County, Arkansas, Parcel Number 970-03675-000, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW ¼ SE ¼) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Ten (10) South, Range Thirteen (13) West more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW ¼ SE ¼) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Ten (10) South, Range Thirteen (13) West as a point of beginning of the land herein described and run South a distance of 7 chains and 80 links; thence run East a distance of 2 chains and 56 links to a 2-inch iron stake; thence run North along a fence a distance of 2 chains and 43 links to the corner of said fence; thence run East along said fence a distance of 42 links to a fence bearing North; thence run North along said fence a distance of 5 chains and 37 links to a three-quarter inch pipe; thence run West along the South line of Humphrey Street a distance of 2 chains and 56 links to the point of beginning; the above described land lies in the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Ten (10) South, Range Thirteen (13) West and contains two (2) acres, more or less. Any person claiming any title or interest of any kind to such properties is hereby notified to appear in this action within thirty days of first publication of this notice to show cause why said properties should not be quieted in Plaintiff’s name.
