Notice of Application for Renewal, No-Discharge Permit 5377-WR-1
Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) - Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality has received an application for renewal on June 3,2026, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 5377-WR-1, for operation of a commercial septic system for domestic wastewater. The permit application was submitted from the following applicant:

The facility is located as follows: Section 30 Township 16S Range 14W, near the city of El Dorado in Union County, Arkansas. Interested persons desiring to request a public hearing on the application may do so in writing.
