SALE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Prairie (DeValls Bluff - Southern) County, Arkansas, made and entered on February 6, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 59SCV-25-6) then pending between Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff, and Dalton Matthew Nutting, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Prairie (DeValls Bluff - Southern) County Courthouse in which said Court is held, located in DeValls Bluff, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on July 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following-described real estate, situated in Prairie (DeValls Bluff - Southern) County, Arkansas:
A part of Block One Hundred Eighty-Five (185) in the Town of Devalls Bluff, Arkansas, also known as Lot Three (3) of said Block 185, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 151 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Block 185; thence run East parallel with the South Boundary Line of said Block 185 a distance of 234 feet to a point in the East Boundary Line of said Block 185; thence run North along the East Boundary Line of said Block 185 a distance of 149 feet to a point; thence run West parallel with the South Boundary Line of said Block 185 a distance of 234 feet to a point in the West Boundary Line of said Block 185; thence run South along the West Boundary Line of said Block 185 a distance of 149 feet to a point; and this point being the point of beginning of the lands described herein.

TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold subject to any and all property taxes due and payable.
