A variance request from the area provisions of Section 4.1.4: R3: Duplex District to allow a rear yard setback to be less than 25-feet. BOA 2026-13, 3720 E Broadway St, legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Kensinger Addition to the City of North Little Rock, A variance from the area provisions of Section 5:11:5 to allow the placement of a fence in the front yard of a commercially (C4) zoned property. BOA 2026-14, 4600 E McCain Blvd, legally described as Block 1, Springhill Development, City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. A variance request from the area provisions of Section 6.2 – Parking Space Requirements to reduce the required number of parking spaces and a variance request from the area provisions Section 4.2.5: C3: General Commercial District to allow a building to exceed the maximum 45-foot height requirements.
