FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Commissioner of Stone County, Arkansas, pursuant to the Foreclosure Decree and Judgment of the Circuit Court of Stone County, Arkansas, which was filed with the Circuit Clerk on May 28, 2026, in this matter, in which Stone Bank is Plaintiff and Levisy Flat Properties, L.L.C. and Charles T. Conley are Defendants, will at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of June, 2026, at the south door of the Stone County Courthouse in Mountain View, Stone County, Arkansas, offer for sale at public auction to the highest and best bidder the following real property situated in the County of Stone, State of Arkansas:
Pt. NE 1/4 NW 1/4, described as beginning at the SW corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4, as the point of beginning; thence East along the South boundary line 412 feet; thence North 209 feet; thence West 412 feet to West boundary line; thence South 209 feet to the point of beginning; Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 11 West.
Pt. NE 1/4 NW 1/4, described as commencing at the SW corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4, thence East along the South line 621 feet to the beginning point of the land described herein; thence East 251 feet to a point; thence North 209 feet to a point; thence West 251 feet to a point; thence South 209 feet to the point of beginning; Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 11 West.
Pt. NE 1/4 NW 1/4, described as beginning at a point 412 feet East of the SW corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North 209 feet to a point; thence East 209 feet to a point; thence South 209 feet to a point in the South line; thence West along said South line 209 feet to the point of beginning Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 11 West.
(collectively, “Real Estate”).
TERMS OF SALE: The foreclosure sale of the Real Estate is subject to all existing liens for accrued and unpaid property taxes or assessments on the Real Estate. The foreclosure sale of the Real Estate shall be for cash or on a credit of three (3) months. If the Real Estate is purchased on credit, the purchaser is required to give bond as required by law and this Court, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien will be retained on the Real Estate sold to secure payment of the purchase price; provided that if Plaintiff purchases the Real Estate at the foreclosure sale for an amount not in excess of the judgment, attorney fees, and costs then owed, in lieu of giving bond, Plaintiff may credit the amount of its bid, less the costs of this proceeding, including the Commissioner’s fee, upon the judgment, attorney fees, and costs herein owed, at the time of the confirmation of such sale, which credit will be an extinguishment of the judgment, attorney fees, and costs herein owed to the extent of such credit.
