Take notice that on May 5, 2026, a petition was filed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services in the Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, of Arkansas County, Arkansas, to terminate parental rights of the following juveniles: Paige Hamilton, DOB: 02/23/2024 and Tranylah Hamilton, DOB: 03/15/2023. Such declaration could result in termination of your parental rights.
A hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights is scheduled for July 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. by Zoom. Zoom meeting # 16058352783, Password: arcocourt.. If you desire to be represented by an attorney, you should immediately contact your attorney so that an answer can be filed for you and he may appear with you at any hearing. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may obtain one by contacting Legal Services or requesting the Court appoint you an attorney.
Putative parents take notice that pursuant to Arkansas state law, you have the right to:
(A) Know the methods of establishing paternity. You can establish paternity by: 1. Proving that you were married to the mother of the child at the time the child was born; 2. Presenting an Acknowledgment of Paternity that has been properly signed and filed with the Arkansas Department of Health, Office of Vital Records; or 3. Proving that a court of competent jurisdiction has entered an order declaring that you are the child’s legal father.
(B) Prove that you have had significant contacts with the herein child.
(C) Be heard by the Court.
