NORTH LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice of Public Hearing of the North Little Rock Planning Commission. On June 9, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. in the North Little Rock City Council Chambers (300 Main St., NLR, AR) pursuant to its own motion, the North Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing under the authority of North Little Rock Zoning Ordinance. SU2026-14 a Special Use to allow auto sales in a C3 zoning district located at 1201 Parkway Dr described as Lot 4 Blk 10 Giles Add to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR, RZ2026-06 a Rezoning from I2 to R1 and to amend the Land Use Plan from Light Industrial to Single Family @ 122 Steed Rd described as a tract of land located in the West part of Spanish Grant (Private survey) No. 497, in Township l North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Aransas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Grant. No. 497; thence run Southeast on the North Line of said Grant No. 497 a distance of 7.79 chains; thence run South 17 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 1472.3 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of State Highway No. 130 (formerly State Highway No. 30); thence run south 65 degrees 39 minutes East along the South right-of-way line of said State Highway No. 130 a distance of 607.5 feet; thence South 17 degrees 30 minutes West 500 feet to the point of beginning of this description; from the point of beginning thus established, run South 65 degrees 39 minutes East along a line which is 500 feet South of and parallel to the South right-of-way of said State Highway No. 130 for a distance of 150 feet thence South 17 degrees 30 minutes West 100 feet.; thence North 65 degrees 39 minutes West 150 feet; thence North 17 degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet to the point of beginning, RZ2026-07 a Rezoning from R4 to C6 @ 412 Division St described as Lot 4 Blk 10 Giles Add to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR, RZ2026-08 a Rezoning from R4 to C6 for the south 5-feet of the property located at 805 Magnolia St described as Lot 4 Blk 10 Giles Add to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR.
