NOTICE OF
COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority and directions in the Amended Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure made and entered on the 17th day of March, 2026, in a certain cause of the Circuit Court of Cross County, Arkansas (Case No. 19CV-26-8-3), then pending between First Financial Bank, Plaintiff, and Defendants Jordan Farms Partnership, Leigh Ann Jordan, and Stacy Aaron Jordan, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, in the lobby of the Cross County Circuit Courthouse, located at 705 East Union Avenue, Wynne, Arkansas 72396, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 11th day of June, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following-described real estate located in Cross County, Arkansas, to-wit:
A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), Section Twelve (12), Township Six (6) North, Range One (1) East, Cross County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 12; thence run South 83 degrees 35’ 49” West a distance of 325 feet, along the North line of said Section 12 to a point; thence South 170 feet to a point; thence North 83 degrees 35’ 49” East a distance of 325 feet to a point on the east line of said Section 12; thence along the east line of said Section 12, North a distance of 170.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.26 acres, more or less. This property subject to a 30 foot wide easement for a county road also all utility easements of record.
This real property is located at 795 CR 534, Wynne, Arkansas (the “Real Property”).
TERMS OF SALE: The sale is “as is where is” without any warranty whatsoever. The purchaser will be required to pay ten percent (10%) of the successful bid in cash, non-refundable, before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the sale, and post a security deposit as may be acceptable to First Financial Bank and such bid shall accrue interest at the lawful rate from date of sale until paid within three (3) months after the date of sale and a lien being retained on the property and collateral
and improvements to secure payment of the purchase amount.
