NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Gravel Ridge Sanitary Sewer Improvement District No. 213 of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the “District”) that the District proposes to issue its Sewer Revenue Bonds in the maximum principal amount of $3,600,000 (the “bonds”), in one or more series, from time to time, for the purpose of financing the costs of acquiring, constructing and equipping betterments and improvements to the District’s sewer treatment facilities. The District also proposes to appoint Grant Sigler to serve on the Board of Commissioners of the District. A public hearing concerning the proposed issuance of the bonds and the appointment of commissioners will be held by the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas at 10:30 o’clock a.m. on the 11th day of June, 2026. The public hearing will be held in Room 401 in the Pulaski County Administration Building, 201 South Broadway, Little Rock.
At the public hearing, all interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed issuance of the bonds and other matters set forth herein.
