NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, June 22, 2026, at or about 11:30 AM, the following real property will be sold and this statutory foreclosure sale will be held at the front door, inside the main entrance of the Boone County Courthouse, 100 North Main, Harrison, Arkansas, or the sale will be held in the place at said venue where foreclosure sales are customarily advertised and/or conducted, to the highest bidder for cash:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 20 North, Range 19 West, Boone County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a found iron pin marking the accepted Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23, thence North 25 deg. 58 min. 00 sec. East 1209.15 feet to the center line of a county road, thence with said center line South 32 deg. 40 min. 20 sec. East 128.68 feet, thence leaving said center line of county road South 18 deg. 52 min. 48 sec. West 243.94 feet to the Easterly side of existing driveway, thence with said Easterly side of existing driveway South 16 deg. 47 min. 32 sec. East 80.90 feet, thence South 10 deg. 55 min. 01 sec. West 46.14 feet, thence South 36 deg. 44 min. 40 sec. West 55. 71 feet, thence South 61 deg. 38 min. 04 sec. West 36.25 feet, thence South 77 deg. 53 min. 00 sec. West 34.85 feet, thence leaving said Easterly side of existing driveway South 18 deg. 52 min. 48 sec. West 586.24 feet, thence South 89 deg. 41 min. 30 sec. West 245.60 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to existing easements and road right of way.

On April 7, 2014, Terry L. Camp, executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”) solely as nominee for Liberty Home Equity Solutions, Inc. its successors and assigns, which was recorded on April 14, 2014, as Instrument No. 2014001725 in the real estate records of Boone County, Arkansas and is now held by HEADLANDS RESIDENTIAL SERIES OWNER TRUST, SERIES R, BY U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE.
The default for which foreclosure is made is due to the failure of payment per the terms of the note and security instrument and is now wholly due. Mortgagee or Beneficiary is exercising its power of sale under Ark. Code Ann. Section 18-50-115 and such has directed Mickel Law Firm, P.A., as its Attorney-in-Fact or Trustee, to sell the property to satisfy said indebtedness. This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat or bill(s) of assurance; any restrictive covenants, easements, set back lines or encroachments; any unpaid and/or delinquent taxes or special assessments; any statutory redemption rights of any governmental entity; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a UCC or fixture filing; and, to any matter that an accurate survey of the property might disclose.
